    The way to fix a problem like this is to start firing the top military personnel; just like would be done in any well run private company. They are not taking responsibility for the problems. It’s like CEO’s that receive bonuses when their companies loose billions. Most top officers are mainly interested in having a successful career that leads to a lucrative private sector job. We spend 10 years or more in a foreign country and nothing changes. Everyone of the top brass should have been fired. We have had a million people killed or injured in the middle east. This is directly the fault of the top officers. They are essentially traitors that put their own butts ahead of the needs of their country. Nothing new about that.
