    Kagan may well be the MOST conservative of all the nominees whose names we have been hearing over the past few weeks. She is a big fan of “executive power,” and far more corporate- than people-friendly. And although she has never been a judge (and thus not written or been part of any decisions), her history shows she is likely to be a strict constructionist, in the mold of Scalia. Yikes!
