In a brief parenthetical at the beginning of the article, Brzezinski says that he “prefers†Obama, but is speaking only for himself.
This is fundamentally dishonest. Saying he “prefers†Obama is the same as Obama referring to Tony Rezko, a man he has known closely for almost two decades, as “that manâ€; it is blatant obfuscation and spin.
Brzezinski is Obama’s top foreign policy advisor, and a formal member of the Obama team. Some even believe that he was behind the ouster of the more centrist and creative Samantha Power. Using the phony distancing of “prefer†is simply a way of speaking for Obama while claiming not to be doing so.
This is exactly what one can expect from the wily ZB.
Peace.

Let’s see. Alice Palmer. Exelon. Wright. Canada/NAFTA. Special interest money. The decriminalization of marijuana.
Shall I go on?
Peace.
