Two former national security advisers (Clarke in the Clinton cabinet, Cressey in Bush the Elder’s cabinet) think that the FBI needs to be reorganized and assigned to easier tasks such as law enforcement. National security and counter-terrorism should probably be assigned to a new government agency designed and streamlined and optimized for that important purpose…BS
