You just come out of this having read too many stats to make any sense, except for the fact that ‘THe War On Drugs’ is not working and that well-to-do people who don’t go off the rails, in the main, get away with using them.

Knowing what to do about drugs is anybody’s guess, and this article doesn’t take you any further down the line on the score, but it does show how harsh some of the penalties can be, and the price paid for the high percentage of incarcarations due to minor drug convictions.
