Trumping Women’s Rights

Yesterday’s 5-4 decision by the Supreme Court to uphold Bush’s ban on “partial birth” abortions illustrates what a dramatic effect can result from shuffling just a few Justices. For women, and for those who – like me – belive that abortion should be safe, legal and rare – the decision is a neoconservative smackdown and a historic disaster…BS
