    If the Senate cannot even find the votes to repeal a provision of the health care bill that both parties agree should be repealed, it seems that any attempts by the GOP/TP to repeal other provisions will not be successful.

    Given the zeitgeist – and particularly the Citizens United decision – if SCOTUS bans matching funds, this would be the final nail in the coffin of any hope for fair elections.
