A new track to Mideast peace

Here he describes a new effort to get Israel, the Palestinian Authority and Jordan all working together on a series of smaller local projects. He decries the know-nothing attitude of the Bush administration, and its stubborn refusal to even talk to the Palestinian Authority, and he offers a number of options for administration action that might be helpful even at this late date…BS
