This is the oldest canard in the world. The problem is not population per se. The planet could support DOUBLE the number already living.

The REAL problems are: population distribution (there is PLENTY of land available globally for inhabitance; the problem is unnecessary density in too few places), distribution of food and water (i.e., hording by some, incompetent distrubution systems), availability of natural resources (again, mostly through hording and the overall greed/power structure), and, as the article correctly points out, the damage we have done and continue to do to the planet re global warming, deforestation, pollution, etc.

Don’t be fooled by the “overpopulation” canard; this is a buzzword for those (i.e., the power elite, and the media they control) who would engage in eugenics and other “technological” means of controlling population, if they could – and they WILL if we let them.

    Peace.
