    Another concrete suggestion. That’s two in one day! Albeit from Assistant Secretary of the Treasury during Reagan’s term. He says the sub-prime crises is due to some 1999 legistlation repealing some other legistlation, which allowed the financial institutions more freedom to package these sub-prime instruments. He suggests that you could effectively underpin property values and wait for the market to settle. Such a move would surely open the door to a different kind of profitering, but give the man a candy anyway.
