Judge invalidates Patriot Act provisions

A federal judge has struck down the controversial use of secret, warrantless “national security letters” to obtain e-mail and telephone data from private companies for counterterrorism investigations. An VERY important development in the reclamation of First Amendment rights from Bush Administration efforts to subvert the Constitution. Now for an impeachment…BS
