I. Lewis ‘Scooter’ Libby’s supporters are crying foul over his conviction, arguing that it reflects the criminalization of politics. Personally, I disagree, and so does LSU Law Professor Stuart Green, who considers both sides of the argument in this lovely piece of rational thinking, written from an ethical perspective…BS
