A Congressional resolution to cut off funding for the benighted war of choice in Iraq is a necessary first step in the process of ending it. That’s why the administration and its allies are fighting so hard against it. But Dionne thinks that with patience and consistency, even a non-binding measure forces the toe of a foot into that locked door, and from that point one just has to keep prying and pushing to achieve a sane policy for withdrawal…BS
