NYT: Wolfowitz Corruption Drive Rattles World Bank

There is legitimate concern that World Bank president Paul Wolfowitz is subtly setting up a system whereby any country with a government deemed “corrupt” – by some as yet undefined parameters – may be denied World Bank aid. This would be a dangerous precedent, setting an arbitrary criterion by which the World Bank would provide assistance.
Beware the Wolfowitz in sheep’s clothing…
