Wow, that is a high number, looking back at when I was eligible. It was rare to not be eligible 40 years ago.
Could toxins in the food, air, water, and high vaccine counts in the young be contributing to this substantial problem? At more than 71% ineligible I would have thought we would have seen some move to enhance the general health, education, and behavior of our children by our leaders.
I was mistaken.
