I did not think ‘friends’ borrowed, or took money, from friends who are broke.

Also wanting a 10 year agreement begs the question why 10 years, and why now?
Is something potentially changing and they need funding locked in?

On top of military aid, the USA provides 1 million dollars for every man woman and child, as is our generous way.
Oh what about our poor and downtrodden….never mind.
