When I read the words ‘democratic’ followed by ‘90% of the population’ followed by ‘nationalisation’, I know what kind of ‘democratic’ ride I am on, and Mr Chomsky should to.
Posted on 15-Feb-08 at 2:14 am | PermalinkThe body of the interview is nevertheless extremely informative, demonstrating how financial clout in the world is becoming less centralised as the United States becomes part of just another trading block.
However, looking back over the last fifty years, on balance one must surely applaud the financial initiatives that the US took on the world stage.
