Fred Thompson is advertising himself as the solution to Republican malaise, but with his good-ole-boy smile, pickup truck and Reagan-clone philosophy, he may be part of the problem. His candidacy greatly strengthens the position of moderate Rudy Giuliani and splits the far right, currently the territory of Mitt Romney. Did I mention the part about that being good for Democrats?…BS
