Tracking the weapons of homeland terrorists

Much praise has recently been lavished on the use of surveillance cameras and tracking procedures in the struggle against terrorism, particularly in the UK. In America, firearms kill nearly 30,000 people a year, roughly eight times the approximately 3,600 US soldiers killed in our four years in Iraq. One would think that some kind of tracking system would be applied to firearms. But as usual, America is completely illogical where guns are concerned. Worse, it seems the National Rifle Association, which contributes lavishly to politicians of the right and key Democrats in the gun-toting South, is in charge. Pass the Prozac, please…BS
