I disagree with Martin Wolff. Greece is the first of many of the developed countries that is to be smashed into submission. As has been done to so many “developing” countries, the idea is eliminate all vestiges of “socialism” that can can possibly compete with the absolute rape of every possible dollar, or in this case euro.
Greek needs to take the path of Argentina. Give the world financial and power elite the massive finger. Cancel all obligations and leave the Euro zone. Print their own currency.
This is a financial war. If they take this step, the other threatened countries will follow course. They can develop their own trading partnerships.
The IMF should be destroyed. They have a long history of oppression. Of course, the US elites have been a driving force behind all this for decades. Always a force for “anti-democracy”.

Argentina showed the way. It might be a mess but it would be a Greek mess and the Greeks would have the pride of overcoming it’s consequences. It is just as much a question if following the bankers and IMF program would and not keep Greece forever in thrall. mb
