NYT: Pastor Chosen to Lead Christian Coalition Steps Down in Dispute Over Agenda [Bravo!]

I say “Bravo” not because he stepped down – he would have been a true breath of fresh air – but that he stepped down because he was not ready to support the limited agenda of the organization. This finally and absolutely puts the lie to any idea that the Christian Coalition cares about ANY Christian issue except the four hot-button issues they have been beating to death for a decade or more.
