A fascinating and little known story from Catherine Lutz, Professor of Anthropology at Brown University and its Watson Institute for International Studies, who wrote “Homefront: A Military City and the American 20th Century.” The Base Restructuring Plan being rammed through by Rumsfeld, Cheney et al is building a megabase in Korea capable of striking any target in Asia, including all of China.
