    The actual title of the article is ‘Forgotten Man’, and it details such vicious enforcementc of ‘the law’ that the enforcement becomes a crime in itself.
    This is a terrible story, but should have been told and acted upon at the time of the conviction. It might have been, but obviously not strongly enough.
