Setting aside that J. Bart Classen is a well-known vaccine crank whose work is not accepted by the majority of medical clinicians and medical scientists (the way the “science” of a scientist who is a climate change denier is not accepted by the majority of scientific consensus), it is at best spurious to take this singular study and decide that it is the be-all and end-all of studies of this nature.
In addition, one might want to consider this:
“Eighty-five percent of this year’s cases [of measles] were in people not vaccinated because of religious, philosophical or personal objections.”
