    I just read that, William Spengler, Paroled in 1998, who on 12/23/12 set fire to a house where he lived in Webster N.Y., “had spent 17 years in prison for beating his 92-year-old grandmother to death with a hammer in 1981, authorities said; he had originally been charged with murder but pleaded guilty to a reduced charge of manslaughter.” So exactly, how could theses “five adults await death in prison for non-violent, marijuana-related crime”? That is seriously scary…
