Look-no one in America should waste another second thinking about Todd Aiken and his theory that you can’t get pregnant unless your eggs are asking for it. Here’s the only things that you need to know about Todd Aiken and human anatomy…he’s an asshole.

It is not a coincidence that the party of fundamentalism is also the party of fantasy.

When I say religion is a mental illness this is what I mean. If you believe in angels and demons and jesus riding a dinosaur, it is not a big leap to believe in tiny ninja warriors that women have in their bodies to lie in wait for bad peoples sperm.

Republicans would like to pretend that Congressman’s Aiken’s substitute of superstition for science is a lone problem, but it’s not. They’re all magical thinkers on nearly every issue. They don’t get their answers on climate change from climatologists, they get it from the book of genesis.

The there’s the issue that consumes the Right these days…the deficit. They’re fervent in their right to reduce it. But they want to do so in some magical fashion that doesn’t evoke raising taxes or cutting spending.

When given a choice, in the polls, between these 2 options; raise taxes or cut spending, a majority of republicans checked ‘none of the above’, as a way to reduce the deficit. Which is like deciding to pay off your student loans by day dreaming.

Or remember Supply side economics? The theory that you bring in more revenue by bringing in less. Regan believed it but that was back in the ‘80’s when it was new. Thing is, we tried it and know that it doesn’t work, yet Paul Ryan, where every shit for brains pundent in America keeps telling us he is a serious guy, still believes it!

All the republicans do-they all believe that what math and history has shown to be pure fantasy. The symbol for the republican party shouldn’t be an elephant. It should be a unicorn.

Also Paul Ryan is their tough guy on spending but he doesn’t wanna touch defense? That right, a budget hawk who doesn’t think there’s anything bloated in the defense budget. It’s like having a health inspector who doesn’t find anything wrong with the Asian place with the dead chicken hanging in the window.

The grown up answer to our massive national problems is identify them scientifically and prioritize. The Republican answer is, “It isn’t a problem and anyone who tells you it is, is a liar who hates America”.
We don’t have to make hard choices, we just need to ignore science and math. That’s why god gave us values!

If rape babies throw a monkey wrench into the ‘right to life’ pitch just believe that rape babies don’t exist.
If you want to cut down teen pregnancy just tell curious kids with raging hormones to just practice abstinence until they get married because as everyone knows that when you really get fucked.

Health care is not a problem if you just keep repeating “we have the greatest healthcare system in the world, even if the UN ranks it 37th in the world.
What’s the solution to global warming? We don’t need one cause it isn’t real. And even if it is, big whoop, just buy an air conditioner you big pussy.

Republicans also believe that putting the word ‘clean in front of the word coal creates something called ‘clean coal’.

Then, if they shake the safety net all the poor blacks who are resting in it will fall gently to the ground, get up and get good paying jobs as Olympic gymnasts.

So in Tampa, the Republicans will have to admit that the difference between the GOP convention and Comic-Con is that the people at Comic-Con have a much firmer grasp on reality.

I really feel sorry for the republic conservative sheep. The millions of US citizens that actually ‘buy;’ all of this nonsense.

Thinking and scientifically understanding anything is just too much hard work-easier to listen to chuck Norris and Clint Eastwood and all the other gun toting puppets of the Right.

Easier to roll over for rush limbach and the other knuckleheads. Easier to just follow the folks at Fox-they tell it like it is, they know what they’re talking about and they make us feel supported and correct in our fears and mistrust of those northern intellectuals.

And when we get really scared like when those towel heads attacked on 9/11, we hoist our flags on our trucks and all feel like we are ‘togther’-we feel safe we are part of a group-we all believe in the same thing. Amerika!

It’s Amerika for Amerikans, “love it or leave it”, white supremacy, in god we trust. It’s been going on for years and years.

It is a never ending battle being waged and manipulated by the aristocracy of the conservative right and it is using, misusing and manipulating the millions of uneducated simpletons to their advantage.

And the simpletons don’t event know that they are being used. They never have. Sad.
