The British Upper (ruling) Class on the way out of sport?
A small private school educated elite (in the UK we call them ‘public’ schools on the basis that any member of the public, who can pay, can go to them. A ‘private’ education is one carried out by your tutor at home) , which ran a large part of the world for 100 odd years and invented many modern sports has over the past few decades apparently been finding its influence on the wane. Or has it?
