’70s-era law won’t solve global climate issue

“…EPA administrator Lisa Jackson recently proposed regulating greenhouse gases under the Clean Air Act. Unfortunately, using this 1970s-era law to address climate change is like driving a Model T on a cross-country trip. The Clean Air Act is vintage material – used to eliminate lead from gasoline and reduce soot and smog from the nation’s air – but it is not up to the task of solving climate change….”…BS
