   This goes all the way from ‘Hillary can’t win and should quit.’ (refuted at length by Ian Alterman on this blog yesterday) to the impending war on Iran, with many breathtaking stops along the way.
   As a UK celebrity chef says when one of his guests makes a joke, “What are you like??”
   Like the Mad Hatter at Alice’s Tea Party, I’d say.
