    My hunch is that this can only be looked at in the context of Equador and Venezuala, not to mention Bolivia and Peru.
    However much veracity there is in this article, it addresses itself solely to Columbia, and offers no concept of a way forward.
    One thing is for sure, narco-politics stem from narco-use. In other words, America is fueling the whole thing in a distinctly unpolitical manner.
    The alcoholic might blame the distiller, and there is a case to be made, but it won’t do any good to make it. Drugs, like South American Politics are not things you can simply point your finger at. In either case, solutions are much more hard to find.
