The simple answer is “yes.” And if they do, and Hillary wins a significant margin over Obama on Super Tuesday, she will get the nod. Re the GOP, if McCain leads on Super Tuesday, her will get the nod, no matter whether another candidate has more regular delegates.
This is a no-brainer.
