    It is interesting that not a word is said about the computer issue. Stuffing ballot boxes and phone jaming, yes, but not tampering with the computers.
    It seems that probably there should be a set of rules drwn up as to what and what is not permissable, instead of leaving it to be decided by what is criminal or not.
