UNBELIEVEABLE!!!! Huckabee’s Statement on AIDS!
I am speechless. What astounding idiocy. How can they even THINK of nominating this man for president? Oh yeah – I forgot – they don’t think.

Well…that is not ENTIRELY true. First, Huckabee states that he was not suggesting that AIDS carriers be “locked up” or some such thing. Second, despite that statement, he has a very good record on AIDS re voting, etc. Third, let us not forget that it was only after quarantining “Typhoid Mary” that health officials were able to rein in the typhoid epidemic. So there is historical precedent for his suggestion, even if it was worded poorly and would ultimately not have been effective.
