Global Warming and Hot Air

Take your Prozac before reading this: Samuelson concludes that doing something serious about global warming, like increasing gasoline taxes, is simply too unpopular and too threatening to the profits of Big Transnational Companies to ever pass into law. A bilious view of the recent hopeful talk. Personally, I think this guy is TOO cynical, and that an inspired and inspiring leader could sell this to the American voters…BS
