States’ Map for Saving the Oceans

Two of our most important thinkers on environmental protection point out that individual states, including California, have done much more than the Bush Administration’s crippled EPA to improve the cleanliness and sustainability of America’s coastal waters. The writers put forth a plan which I have expect will be ignored and/or discredited by the know-nothing Big Oil Men running the Administration – but one can hope…BS
