NYT: California Plan for Health Care Would Cover All

Who woulda thunk that “Ah-nuld” would be such a maverick governor? Sure, he’s had some missteps, and made a few bad decisions. But he is shaping up as one of the most progressive, even radical, governors in the state’s history. Bravo to him.
