NYT: I.R.S. Eyes Religious Groups as More Enter Election Fray

As long as the enforcement of regulations is fair and balanced, I have no problem with the IRS requiring religious groups to stay within the guidelines that regulate their non-profit status. It is only when the enforcement is one-sided – which, sadly, it tends to be – that it becomes a farce.
