Oddly, Frank Rich misreads possible reasons for the alleged “resilience” of New Yorkers re 9/11 and “getting back to normal,” but (as always) hits the nail on the head about Bush’s “flubs” re the goodwill attitude that was present in the immediate aftermath of the attacks.
