New Yorkers Tell Federal Officials To Stop Ignoring 9/11’s Health Effects

I live in NYC and was down at ground zero right after the attack. Debbie and I were volunteering for the Red Cross and Debbie started off her shift outside the rest center hosing off workers from the site before they went inside .. She lasted about 5 minutes before getting dizzy and having to go lie down.
Nobody was insisting that we wear face masks. If we’d been down there full time we’d probably be very sick. For those of us who live in the city a lot of this is personal.

What tragedies and your commitments. Remember, the day so vividly when the EPA said, not to worry, the air is clean. What f__king horse shit and unethical statements with clear intent to distort and lie to you and your fellow brave ones.
