and  caucusing after the candidates have spoken. 
We will again be using ranked voting, BUT 
with one change: a ballot with no vote won't 
count! So if you have no endorsement, vote "No 
Endorsement" to make sure your ballot counts 
towards a quorum and affects the Club endorsements.
