======
In a new export system, officials secretly open Iraq's northern pipeline to
send batches of oil to Turkey and then shut it down again before insurgents
can attack.

CheeseComment:

That's really good practice. That will help them when they finally, if
ever, turn to restoring water and electricity to the entire region.

Let's hope they don't evacuate Iraq just because there's a war going on
there.

I'll just remind myself that men, women and children in a disaster area or a
war just can not drink Oil.

And that things like Iraq and New Orleans are not "Tests".

They are our "Grades".

It is now obvious that we as a nation will continue to be held back another
year in the remedial Dark Ages while continuing to crow each morning that we
have Creation itself by the ass on a string.
