A great illustration of the administration's deep 
respect for democracy....Over 95% of the people of 
Turkey were adamently against allowing the U.S. to 
use their nation as a staging ground for 
invasion...and the Turkish parliament actually voted 
to uphold the will of the vast majority of its 
people....and Rumsfeld and co. find that it 
was "Turkey's fault" that we didn't invade with 
enough troops.  Democracy can be so annoying, its no 
wonder that any self respecting neocon needs to avoid 
it and ignore it unless it's convenient....
