Profiteers, criminal elements, looters, pirates and slave traders are capitalizing on the tragedy!

This is the dark side, and has to be fought against, to protect the innocents of the tragedy.

Besides aid, International police/military forces are needed to protect the communities and capture/kill/prosecute the criminal elements!!

No quarter, for the evil doers......
