Candlefish Theatre, Michael Butler (original Broadway producer of HAIR), and TRIBE CAPITAL PARTNERS are pleased to announce their partnership for an eight week extension of HAIR. Due to overwhelming response and audience demand HAIR will be extended through November 21st, running Thursdays, Fridays & Saturdays at 8pm and Sundays at 6pm. The American Tribal Love Rock Musical, HAIR , with book and lyrics by James Rado and Gerome Ragni and music by Galt MacDermot is directed by Mary Schafer, with musical direction by Walter Winston ONeil and Danny Feldman and choreography by Bo Crowell.

In a recent press-conference at Candlefish Theatre, Michael Butler announced the National Tour of the "HAIR Festival". This three year, 27 city tour will be the biggest theater "festival" ever to tour the United States. The festival will have it's own Greenwich Village and Haight Ashbury and other festival happenings, with HAIR performances in a gigantic circus tent. The festival tour was announced at Candlefish Theatre because of it's incredibly successful run of HAIR.

Candlefish's accomplished ensemble is led by Douglas Crawford (Claude), who most recently starred on Broadway in Tommy Tune's enormously successful revival of GREASE and Walter Winston ONeil (Berger), alumnus of several international touring productions of HAIR, directed by James Rado. Rounding out the rest of the Candlefish tribe are: Joshua Baldwin (drums), Scott Braddock, Neala Cohn, Bo Crowell, Patrice DeGraff Arenas, Marita deLara, Julianna DiMaggio (percussions), Brian Diggs, Danny Feldman (piano), John Classic (bass), Paul Jerome, Tamika Katon-Donegal, John Kinderman, Christian Nesmith (guitar), Lorene Noh, Agustine Pozo, Tiffany Puhy, Meghan Truesdell, Andrea White, Marvette Williams, Dawn Worrall, Kimberly Seder, Paige Rhodes and Gary Littman.
