How silly! The facts are that although first generation immigrants may or may not speak English, second generation is bilingual and third speaks only English. I am the product of immigrants from Italy and Canada. They came, worked hard, and each succeeding generation was more accomplished than the other. And blame immigrants for outsourcing? Right.
