A very sound article, with what sounds like sound advice.
Posted on 22-Feb-08 at 5:13 am | Permalink‘The Embargo’ is certainly not much of an embargo anyway, as many of my friends go to Cuba for holidays. Maybe this is not possible from The States, but it certainly is from Europe. Tourism could be one way to help this country get over it’s financial malaise, as long as that does not re-invent it as a Southern Atlantic City, a la Batista.
