Am I glad that the New York times does not run America’s forign policy.
It perceives that the vote in Pakistan was rigged by Musharef, even after the drubbing he has just received, and expects by getting rid of him America can encourage Democracy through a party who’s leader rules on the basis of heredity.
The other article asks why America’s forign policy towards China is not the same as towards Cuba. Size, geographical proximity, and the make-up of Miami somehow seems to escape the writer.
After the impressive writing of yesterday, the NYT shows us just how off the mark it can be.
