   A very well balanced report, but at the end of the day, if the government are admitting that 3 shots were fired, they are also admitting that there was a breakdown in security.
   It is unclear what difference there really is if Benezir Bhuto died from an impact with a car handle or from the bullets which were certainly fired.
   Why, would the government then say ‘you can exhume the body if you like’?
   If the shooter had missed, from his angle, looking up at her, it is much more likely that the shots would not have hit the car, they would have gone over her head into the air, she would have ducked at the sound and then the explosion would have gone off, at which time, half back into the car, she could have hit her head against the door handle as the car shook violently with the impact of the explosion.
   I see no real reason for the governemnt to lie about this, given that the lack of security is patently evident.
   I hope the body is exhumed, which is entirely within the control of the Bhuto clan, but bet it won’t be.
