Grasping at straws

The sad and alarming process of turning grassroots politics into a commodity that can be bought and sold reached its pinnacle this week when Presidential hopeful Mitt Romney swept the Iowa Straw Poll – largely because of his massive spending in that state. It’s a cautionary tale for New Hampshire and the other states with early presidential primaries…BS
