Markos has a new book out titled “The American Taliban: How Sex, Sin and Power Bind Jihadists to the Radical Right” – Kos, along with Matt Taibbi, Jane Hamsher and Glenn Greenwald, is among the best progressive writers out there fighting the good fight – in his new book he addresses the similarities in the conservative Christian and Islamic political movements in areas such as sexuality, gender equality, separation of church and state, and the propensity to use voilence as a means to an end.
